More art than instruction.
- Make a thick "slurry" with the oil and flour:
- It should pour very slowly, but not clog up your container.
- Turn up the heat on your roaster oven so the giblets, drippings, etc. are very hot.
- Stir in small amounts of the slurry while constantly stirring.
- Once the mixture is thick, transfer it to a delivery container and serve.
